Our Organic Roots
Prema Organic Cafe was founded by Dr. Bart and Kelli Precourt, a holistic health practitioner and former U.S. Olympian, right next door to their health studio, Balance, on Scenic Highway 30A. After over a decade of helping people heal through movement, chiropractic care, and functional nutrition, they wanted to bring that same intention to food. So they built Prema, where every meal is 100% organic, gluten-free, soy-free, and made from scratch with ingredients they grow themselves.
The Prema Philosophy
Prema is a Sanskrit word meaning supreme love, and that's what drives everything we do. We believe food should heal, not harm. That real ingredients grown with care and prepared with intention can change the way you feel, the way you move, and the way you live. No seed oils. No shortcuts. No compromises. Cold-pressed juicing uses no heat, which means every bottle holds the maximum amount of nutrients, enzymes, amino acids, and minerals possible. Traditional juicers create heat through friction, which breaks down the good stuff before it ever hits your glass. Our juices are made fresh, never HPP, free of preservatives, and bottled with a 3-4 day shelf life. Pure, organic, and packed with everything your body actually needs.
